I’m having a real problem finding information on this. I’m a smoker (yeah, I know, blech) but should I buy my smokes here in the States (and spend far less money) and risk going through customs with 2 cartons or buy the cartons abroad? What would I be charged, if anything while going through customs? It’s not like I’m smuggling watches or cuckoo clocks. I just want my brand at a reasonable price while across “the pond.” Any help?
