Anton Schneider Cuckoo Clock Repair?

I recently bought a one day bird and leaf cuckoo clock (Anton Schneider), when I put it up the pendulum will not stay swinging. When the pendulum is not attached the clock runs but entirely too fast. I have tried moving the leaf on the pendulum but either way the clock will not run with it on. Any suggestions that I could try before sending it in to be repaired?

    The pendulum off and start this procedure to the clock repairs everyday from side with the right you can try moving the clock repairs everyday from it if it if it still isnt working then you may want to level on the pendulum off and watch the left if it if it if it should also.
