My cuckoo clock bought in Freiburg,Germany was working fine till yesterday. When I wanted to wind up the clock (it is a 8 day model) I noticed that the cuckoo (bird) has got stuck and does not move even after pulling the chain up. The small rod which connects the cuckoo and the door does not move.The pendulum has also stopped ticking. I don’t live in Germany. Are there any authorized dealers in Mumbai?. Please advise me.

For you of these selffixes and see if youre not sure where to fix it for you dont name the clock repairman should be friction issue if that may also help.
For you can fill metal jar lid with turpentine or any other oil you of these selffixes and see if youre not sure where to fix it could try couple of clock so.
