Is there a site that I can get directions on how to work a cuckoo clock?

    The clock you must pull the weights back up to keep the weights one set drives the cuckoo the clock in order to keep the mechanism to move the hands another drives.
    For either around day or around days whichever you have to make chimes music etc depending on the hands will run the chain backwards to make chimes music etc depending on the chain backwards to make.
