Tried adjusting time time by going back and forth. But still the same result. Both the time and the Cuckoo mechanism are not getting synchronised. I’m from India. The clock was brought by my brother from Switzerland. We’re not very keen on showing the clock to the clock repair person here. But anyone in Mumbai who is aware of a competant repair person please let me know.

For example if it is 12 then the clock should be 1130.

Set the clock (to 11:30) so that it chimes 12, then remove the hands (they will either pull off, or there will be a small nut holding them on) and put them back on facing 12.

Try turning your clock back 30 minutes so it will be set with the regular time.
